Rent Limousine is private luxury transportation: a white Hummer H2, a professional chauffeur, zero improvisation. We don't sell tour packages, we're not a rideshare app, and we don't negotiate rates on the street.
You book, we confirm, we show up. That's how we've made it work for 500+ trips.
A request is not a booking. A booking exists once we confirm it — in writing, with an exact date and time. Until then, the vehicle stays available to whoever gets there first.
We don't promise what we can't deliver. If we confirm it, we deliver it.
Two options, flat rate, no fine print: 2-hour Express (€1,200) or 3-hour Premium with champagne (€1,500). Need a different duration? It gets quoted separately, before you book — never after.
What's agreed is what gets charged. Full stop.
Plans change, we get it. Give us notice and we'll sort it out like civilized people.
Last-minute cancellations may carry a fee — the driver and the vehicle were held for you, not for anyone else.

The Hummer is yours for the hours you booked: treat it well. Damage to the vehicle is on whoever caused it.
The driver has the final word on safety. That's not a whim — it's the reason we've had zero serious incidents across 500+ trips.
We coordinate luxury transportation. We don't plan your wedding, pick your caterer, or control the weather.
Our liability is limited to the transportation service booked. Everything else — the best man's speech, whether the bride is on time to the church — is on you.
The Rent Limousine app, available on Google Play, is an extension of this same service — not a separate business. Same rules apply, however you book.
We may update these terms when the business requires it. If you book after a change, that change already applies to you.
